Q: Can I get my prescription filled over the weekend?

A: All prescriptions must be requested on Fridays by 12 p.m. to be processed for the weekend.

Q: My pain medication is not working, maybe I need something stronger, what should I do?

A: Contact your doctor’s medical assistant who will contact the doctor and the assistant will contact you with the answer.

Q: My cast has swelling around it, is this a problem that should be addressed?

A: Swelling around the cast is normal. Here is a simple test: if you can place two fingers between the injured limb and the cast, you are fine. Remember to keep it elevated. If problems persist or you fail the test; contact our office at (662) 320-4008 or e-mail us.

Q: If I need copies of my test results, what should I do?

A: Call or e-mail the office and select the proper option for your physician’s medical assistant.

Q: If I need to make an appointment, what should I do?

A: Please call the main office number and listen to the options and select the number for appointments.

Q: I am having surgery, but, I have some more questions; what should I do?

A: Call or e-mail the office and select the proper option for your physician’s medical assistant.

Q: I know I have a past due balance. Who should I speak with to resolve the balance or work out a payment plan?

A: Call the office and speak with Debbie in billing.

Q: I have a complaint or want to discuss getting a second opinion, who should I contact?
